A contract is an agreement, intended to be enforceable by law, involving the employment of vessels to conduct specified operations.

A13.1 Contract description

A13.3 Contract start date

The date on which the contract started (or will start).

A13.4 Contract end or renewal date

The date on which the contract ended, will end or is due to be renewed.

A13.5 Vessels

This is a list of identifiers for the vessels included in the contract (Internal ID from OMarine A1).

A13.6 Technical Operator organisations

This is a list of the technical operators who are trusted to complete the contract (Internal ID from OMarine A2).

This is a table containing details of locations which are included in the contract as destinations. Details of the fields to include in this table are listed below.

  • A13.7.1 type

    LOOKUP / STRING B13: Location Types

    The type of location included in the contract to which A13.7.2 refers. If applicable, use a value from data dictionary B13: Locaton Types.

  • A13.7.2 name

    LOOKUP A3: Port, A4: Terminal, A5: Berth

    The name or identifier of the location included in the contract.

A13.8 Vets

LIST (LOOKUP) A12: Vetting Data

This is a list of identifiers for vets (from a dataset corresponding to data standard “A12 Vetting data”) which were used to assess entities for the contract (Internal ID).

A13.9 Contract holding organisation

LOOKUP / STRING A2: Organisation

Can be null

A name or identifier of the organisation that require the operations within the contract to be completed (Internal ID from OMarine A2).

A13.10 Contract fulfilling organisation

LOOKUP / STRING A2: Organisation

Can be null

A name or identifier for the organisation that are responsible for fulfilling the contract and ensuring its completion (Internal ID from OMarine A2).

A13.11 Additional Particulars Attributes
